We’re proud to announce we will be hosting the Coonamble Gold Cup Calcutta the evening before the races!
Our bistro will be closed on the night to the general public, only meals will be served to ticket holders. So please read carefully below.
We have 2 options available for your experience:
Option 1:
$40 per person meal and reserved seating tickets: doors open at 6pm and you will have a seated alternate drop DELICIOUS meal, prepared by our chef Gerry! A complimentary glass of wine on arrival. Tables seated closest to the action!
The calcutta horse draw and auction will commence after dinner has been served and cleared.

Tickets must be purchased before Thursday 5th October at 9AM for catering purposes. (No meal tickets will be sold on the night)
$5 from each ticket will be donated to the charity chosen for the night.
Option 2:
If you wish to skip our reserve seating and meal option but want to be apart of the horse auction you do not need to purchase a ticket. Once our ticket holders have completed their meals and introductions (APPROX 7.30-8PM) the doors will open to the general public for free so you can bid on the amazing prizes or be apart of the horse draw. Please note: you will not be allocated a table to sit on, this will be general admission (standing) only.
